Stage 1 – 12,000 feet solo jump

This stage involves approximately 8 hours of training. This is conducted in small classes to maximize learning. The theory training is normally conducted the day before we leave or on the first day at the drop zone. On successful completion of your training, you will be ready to go skydiving the next day. Your first skydive is conducted with two qualified instructors. You will be required to perform a series of practice handle pulls and altitude checks. You will experience the exhilarating feeling of freefall, deploying and learning to fly your own canopy. Don’t worry, your instructors will be with you! They will ensure you are stable in your free fall and will be in your ear on a two way radio guiding you through your canopy control.

Stage 2

This stage is a solo skydive assisted by two instructors. In this jump you will learn how to manoeuvre yourself around the sky in freefall.

Here we go!Stage 3

During your third skydive, the instructors will start to let you go in free fall. You will learn how to keep a heading and keep yourself stable in free fall, with your instructors moving around you. You will continue to develop your canopy control skills and will be able to make your own decision on canopy flight path.

Stage 4

When you feel ready, this jump will be conducted with only one instructor. This jump aims to consolidate your stability and skills learnt so far with the guidance of only one instructor.

Stage 5

Now things really start to get exciting!!! You will be diving from the aircraft unlinked, with your instructor diving out with you. You will learn to do 360 degree turns and move forward to re-link with your instructor.

Stage 6

This jump is another consolidation dive to reinforce what you have already learnt in Stage 5. Your instructor may give you some more advanced manoeuvres. You will now be landing your parachute almost on your own and will develop skills in more advanced canopy handling.

Our proud Students.Stage 7

The world goes upside down in Stage 7. The aim of this skydive is to develop skills on getting stable in the event that you have become unstable. This is done by doing some back loops in the sky!! Great fun! You will then also learn how to track.

Stage 8

This jump teaches you some more advanced concepts on flying "relative" to other skydivers in freefall. You will learn how to fall fast and slow and how your arms and legs assist you in turning and moving around the sky with other skydivers.

Stage 9

Stage 9 is the final stage in the AFF table. It is conducted from a lower altitude than the other skydives and teaches you the skills to exit the aircraft at a low altitude, get stable and deploy your parachute.
