We are dedicated to offering you the best service we can. To do this we still require basic terms and conditions, please see below.

By making a booking you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1) Check in time:
All bookings are given a check in time only. This is not the time of your skydive. You will need to check in and complete paperwork and a briefing prior to your skydive, so it is important that you arrive and check in on time, otherwise your reservation will be likely to be re-scheduled to a later time.

Although the experience usually takes around 1 hour, we always recommend you plan for at least a half-day – this is because safety is our main priority when skydiving. Factors such as wind, cloud, rain, and other factors such as air traffic can affect the time it takes to complete your skydive activity.

2) Re-scheduling:
To change your booking reservation time or date, we require a minimum 48 hours notice.

If you need to re-schedule within 48 hours of your booking time, at this stage the aircraft flight schedule is lock in and confirmed therefore an administration fee of $68 per booking is required to be charged.  If you’re within 24 hours of your scheduled skydive or do not arrive for you skydive, you can not re-schedule to another date or time and your deposit will be forfeited.

Please be aware the local weather forecasts are only estimates and weather can change for better or worse within minutes. We will contact you to re-schedule if the weather is unsafe for skydiving on the day of your reservation. If you have to travel from afar, please call prior to your departure – on the day of your skydive. If due to weather or after your arrival you are unable to complete your skydive, your booking remains valid for 12 months from the original booking date and you may select another date.

Should weather prevent your skydive proceeding, all payments remain valid for a period of 12 months from the original booking date and you are free to choose an alternative available date.

At the time of booking all validity of packages, prices and offers must be confirmed by the customer booking the skydive. We reserve the right to refuse expired, invalid or unconfirmed offers or packages.

3) Cancellations
Bookings are non-refundable but they are transferable.

Deposits are a per person payment and may not be used to pay the balance of another persons skydive. Paid deposits are transferable to another name, as a deposit. There are no refunds or transfers for persons, or members of a group, failing to turn up on the day of their booking without giving prior notice.

4) Aircraft are mechanical and periodically require servicing and maintenance;
we reserve the right to change aircraft type without notice. Aircraft changes, weather, Air Traffic Control (ATC) and other operational considerations may require us to change our operational altitude without notice.

Any unplanned Aircraft availability or other unexpected circumstances beyond our control preventing jumps proceeding: Bookings may be changed to any other date within 12 months of the original booking date. Any refund request due to jumps not proceeding and customers being unable to choose alternative dates requires approval by senior management.

5) Medical conditions / Drugs / Alcolhol:
Medical conditions or any other considerations that may affect your skydive should be discussed with us prior to your booking.  No alcohol / recreational drugs or medication that may affect or impair your judgment are to be taken.

6) Gift Vouchers:
Gift vouchers are non-refundable but are transferable. Vouchers will expire 12 months after purchase. Failure to check-in on your chosen date and time will render your voucher invalid. Bookings are essential. Vouchers can not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

Extending a Gift Voucher expiry date:
We understand that things do pop up, or time can pass you by. If you forget to redeem your voucher there are some options to extend the value of your voucher.

If your voucher has been expired for 30 days or less we can reactivate your voucher for a fee of $50 this will extend your gift voucher for 30 days. Maximum extension period is 3 months. Late Fees will be waived if you book in a friend or family member to jump with you (provided it is within the 3 month extension period).

7) Weight :
Weight is an important factor in Aviation and Skydiving. It affects aircraft weight and balance, fuel allowances and climb rates. Weight is also an important factor on a Tandem jump. It affects equipment maintenance, your instructors workload and manufacturers limits and specifications on equipment. Please note that MAXIMUM weight for a skydive is 110kg for Male and 90kg for female – for your own safety. 

8) Age:
Minimum age is 12 years old and all minors (12-18) must have a legal guardian present on the day of the jump.

9) Video and photo charges:
If all footage is unavailable due to camera failure or other unforeseen circumstances you will be offered a second skydive on the same day with camera AT NO CHARGE, or a full refund of your video/photo product payment.

If there is a partial camera failure resulting in partial footage only the full charge will still apply as cameras are subject to harsh environmental conditions that are outside of our direct control and, although not common, camera failures can occur.

10) AFF and ‘A’-Licence bookings:

All AFF course bookings require an AU$550 deposit per person paid at the time of booking to secure the course allocation. The deposit is non-refundable.

If you would like to re-schedule to another course date, a minimum of 21 days notice is required, otherwise your deposit will be forfeited.
You may re-schedule your booking once to another course date within 12 months of your initial booking – if notice is given outside of 21 days.
More than one date transfer will incur a $50 processing fee, per change.
